ORDERS
Orders generated by the order form are being sent to Hela International, the mothercompany of Quadparts.info. Within one week the purchaser will be contacted by fax, phone or e-mail, with an orderconformation, containing itemnumber, quantity and indicated delivery time. Hela International reserved the right to change prices if necessary. We cannot guarantee that all products will be available in every market.
QUALITY

DELIVERY
The delivery time of each product is different. The purchaser can indicate a requested delivery time, however the purchaser can never, under any circumstanses claim a certain delivery time. Hela International is not responsible for any delay in delivery time, due to forces of any kind, which could not be controlled in advance, meaning transportproblems, nature, packingdamage or any other kind of force, which could not be foreseen.
PAYMENT
Standard payment condition in the Netherlands is C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery).
Standard payment condition outside the Netherlands is payment in advance. Only after written approval of Hela International, the mothercompany of Quadparts.info, the standard payment condition can be changed according to the client's wishes.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the goods will be sent to the customer only than, when the amount, mentioned on the order-confirmation, actual has been received on the bankaccount of Hela International.
